- Mike Nile - Denverite Mike Nile, owner of Alley Records reportedly has had an incredible depth of a music career with major national bands. Nile was also vocalist, songwriter and bass player for a nonlocal but Denver-affiliated band called Spirit which I seem to recall may have had some measure of national fame.
- Mojo Nixon <MojoNixon.com> - Singer guitarist Mojo, aka Kirby McMillan, was a member of Zebra 123 in Denver in the early '80s when he was still appearing under his birth name Kirby McMillan. He didn't become "Mojo Nixon" until he moved to San Diego and joined up with Skid Roper, achieving a measure of national fame with swaggerin' punk originals like "Elvis is Everywhere" and "Moanin' With Your Momma." Mojo is originally from North Carolina. and came to Denver in January, 1980.
